For our PID Team in Milan, Turin, Helsingborg or Randers we are looking for
PROJECT MANAGER (F/M/D) SUSTAINABILITY AND COMPLIANCE
Your Tasks:
You will develop a common understanding of sustainability and compliance together with the companies of the PID Group. In the four focus areas of people, product quality, circularity and ecosystems, you will work with the team to develop and implement ambitious sustainability targets and support the companies on their way to CO2 neutrality and compliance.
- Planning, coordination and management of sustainability and compliance projects to achieve strategic goals as well as independent implementation of individual projects.
- Continuous analysis of legal requirements, trends and influences as well as conducting regular risk assessments and developing appropriate approaches to minimise risks.
- Implementation of regulatory requirements (e.g. Supply Chain Duty of Care Act, Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) in cooperation with the relevant departments and the sustainability team.
- Assisting with internal and external sustainability and compliance reporting and managing the documentation and storage of all relevant documents and reports.
- Advising specialist departments and companies on sustainability and compliance issues and processing enquiries and certifications (e.g. Ecovadis, IntegrityNext).
- Defining and monitoring sustainability and compliance standards and conducting internal audits.
Your Profile:
- Completed studies, e.g. environmental and sustainability management, environmental sciences, (economic) engineering or business administration with initial professional experience in sustainability management
- First professional experience in project management would be ideal, conceptual work suits you
- Strong communication skills, integrity and mediation skills
- Affinity for legal contexts
- Confident demeanor and assertiveness as well as a high sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Willingness to travel
