About Kölle

Kölle Etiketten GmbH, based in Esslingen in the Stuttgart region, manufactures self‑adhesive labels and flexible packaging. Tea labels and tea bag envelopes for the food industry represent the company’s largest customer segment.

Founded in 1884, the family‑owned company has been managed by the fourth generation to this day. Through the acquisition, Kölle Etiketten GmbH, with its 36 employees, becomes a subsidiary of the Scandinavian company Nordvalls.

Product portfolio

In addition to standard self‑adhesive labels (pressure‑sensitive labels), Kölle also offers customized label solutions. Further products include tea labels (also known as tea bag labels, string labels or tag labels for tea bags), tea labels with cold‑seal adhesive or heat‑seal coating, die‑cut tea labels, tea bag envelopes, fin‑seal pouches, banderoles, as well as similar products typically made from paper or composite materials.
