PID acquires a majority stake in Advanced Labelling Systems Ltd

POSSEHL Identification Solutions (PID) acquires a majority stake in Advanced Labelling Systems Ltd. (ALS), a Thame-based provider of industrial identification solutions, effective December 19, 2023. With this acquisition, PID expands its product portfolio and network with a strong focus on hardware solutions.

Advanced Labelling Systems was founded in 1997 by Noel Donaldson in Oxfordshire. ALS is an independent British family business that originated from the UK operations of Avery Dennison. Today, under the leadership of Phil Donaldson, Ian Turner, and their team, the company continues to operate according to the same principles: employing great people, developing young talent, and delivering high-quality products supported by excellent service. www.als-uk.com

The integration into PID creates growth and development opportunities for Advanced Labelling Systems, with a particular focus on joint work on cross-company industrial identification solutions.
